Back in 2016, I was invited to an engagement party held at a trendy cafe. As we arrived, we were told the coffee machine was open and we could place our orders with the barista. Being a barista myself, I was so relieved to have good coffee available and as I sat there drinking my coffee with friends, a light-bulb moment came over me. Imagine if coffee this good could be taken to any event?
And that’s where my passion for coffee met with the pursuit to take it anywhere and everywhere!
I started experimenting with coffee machines, doing events for friends and family, making mistakes, researching and improving. Until finally, I found a way to not only make it work, but bring the latest coffee making technology in a smaller footprint that could be set up practically anywhere!
